Since most people who went to Kansas State are die hard fans we obviously went to the watch party Saturday to watch our game against Iowa State. There is nothing I love more than watching football, especially Kansas State football. No, we may not be the best team ever this year but no one who truly is a fan stops from watching our games every Saturday. Luckily, we pulled out a 41 - 7 victory which made our day drinking day that much more fun.
Now, time for the elephant in the room. I'm not a great poser in front of the camera. If you had to watch Moo {who took the pics while she was in town} or the boyfriend taking my pictures for this you'd most likely die of awkwardness. It's painful to get through and super painful to watch. In light of the whole point of this blog, in this post I've shown you my awkwardness in all it's glory. Yes, I did jump up to grab that tree branch. Yes, I could have grabbed it with both feet on the ground. Yes, the tree branch fell because you know it was a pretty skinny branch, not really equipped for a girl to jump up and grab it.
Something I hope to get out of 30 Days of Fur is to become more comfortable in front of the camera solo. Will I ever be adorable like Courtney Kerr? Doubtful... but at least I can try to not make people want to jump off a building by watching the process.
