Meet The {something} Project Girls!

Molly is the founder and creator of The {something} Project. Her fascination is fashion and she’s constantly traveling all over the country.  She has the ability to don a fur vest during any season and plans to show you how.  If she’s not putting together hippie chic outfits she’s listening to {not top 40} music. Her ADD tastes keep her searching for the next big thing to come through your speakers.  She doesn’t take life too seriously, can’t cook, and only thinks she’s clean {but is working on all of the above one day at a time.} She loves making people laugh and plans on using TSP to make you do this daily.

Amy is a wine and craft spirit distributor living in Chicago {coolest job ever?}.  She studied wine at the International Wine Guild after getting her degree in Hospitality Management at Kansas State University {best school ever…}.  While she is obviously obsessed with Chicago and all the wonderful sporting events they have to offer, her true love is Kansas State.  She grew up in Kansas and has been a Wildcat fan since diapers.  Her other love is traveling. She has lived in Prague and South Africa and she plans to keep up the badass world travel.

Arielle is originally a Florida girl who now lives in the landlocked city of Dallas.   She’s a major foodie who loves all things fashion, food, travel, and decor. She’s a lawyer by day {aka smarter than the rest of us} and superhero by night.  She is the proud parent of the cutest dog in the world {Sasha} and is currently building a house.  From scratch… scary right?  There will be some interesting posts/rants dedicated to this issue.

Casey is a badass and has the life you want, whether she will ever admit it or not. She works for an advertising agency in Kansas City and has the social calendar to prove it. Her weeknights are usually filled with happy hours, dinners, or events of some sort {booze being the underlying reason she attends any of the above}. If you find yourself at a loss for what to say/bring/do at a work event, guarantee she’s been there and can try to help you poor souls through the awkwardness.

Monica is the finance and indie music junkie of the group. She's got a love for jewel tones and gold, and is always searching for the perfect mascara. When she's not at the office in Kansas City, you can find her planning her next trip, honing in on her DSLR picture-taking skills, or reading on the back porch with a glass of wine. As a soon-to-be-newlywed, she is gearing up to transform her future abode from a bachelor pad to her dream modern ranch. You can also find her at finerfeelings.

Moo is a sarcastic bitch.  She doesn't have a niche for fashion, wine, or  anything for that matter, but she does have an amazing ability to make  social situations awkward. Moo's an emergency room nurse so she's seen her fair share of weird shit. Her posts will be random, erratic, and loaded with just enough sarcasm to remind you that someone out there is having a far worse day than you are.

Morgan is the resident saint helping everyone not go straight to hell. She has been an entrepreneur in the art industry since childhood when she started MRM Stamping Co. with her two best friends. For the past 5 years she has been working in the non-profit world on the East Coast but has moved to her home state to dive back into small business ownership and fulfill her love for design, party planning and hand-crafting. Morgan sells her latest creations on Etsy at Kansas Pink Antlers, blogs at Pink Antlers and works for an Interior Design Specialist at a home furnishings store in Kansas City.

Professionally, Whitney is a wine buyer and social marketing director for a retail  store in the mid-west. Leisurely, she is an avid libations consumer, foodie freak, and lover of all things retro girly.  Her background consists of sommelier courses and the Advanced WSET exam... but that's boring. Drinking and her job are fun! She is thrilled to get to share her adventures in consumption, follies in the kitchen and fashion finds with all of you.  She strongly believes that wine is not common knowledge, so you should never be intimidated.  Now, grab that glass of vino, put your pinkie in the air and drink up buttercup!
