Holy crap its cold! It doesn't matter where you live in the U.S. right now, it's freaking freezing outside {except for south Florida - so jelly}. When the temperature plummets like this it's tempting to just pile on clothes until we look like marshmallows so we can stay warm. Well I'm all about staying warm - believe me - but why not look cute while doing it? When fashion and function meet it's a beautiful thing.
